What GuroNexa PH provides

The website offers independent educational information, downloadable teacher resources, application descriptions, links to reviewed Windows software releases, and a browser-based Quiz Bowl. It is not an official Department of Education or government website and does not replace current DepEd issuances, school policies, or approved forms.

Using educational materials

Guides, worked examples, checklists, and templates are general teacher aids. Users are responsible for checking the appropriate curriculum, assessment policies, school forms, mathematical calculations, and local procedures before using them for official teaching or reporting. Availability of a free resource does not by itself establish permission for redistribution, resale, or use of GuroNexa branding.

Downloading and using software

Use the official release links shown on each application page, read the release notes and installation instructions, and verify available SHA-256 checksums. Compatibility may depend on the operating system, required office software, printer setup, and other local conditions. Back up existing files and test with non-confidential sample data before processing official records. Each application may include separate license terms; this website's availability of a download does not imply an open-source or redistribution license.

Confidential records and third-party AI

Do not submit learner databases, private school reports, API keys, or confidential documents through public website links or third-party AI services without appropriate authorization and safeguards. Desktop records and Quiz Bowl scoring state may be stored locally on a teacher's device. Users are responsible for managing access, backups, and any external service integrations they enable.

Third-party links and providers

Some downloads are hosted on GitHub, and some guides link to official education references. External providers have separate terms, privacy notices, and service availability. GuroNexa PH is not responsible for statements made on third-party websites.

Costs, support, and future services

Browsing GuroNexa PH, the current Teacher Resource Center, and the currently listed free download links do not require a website subscription. No paid website checkout, recurring subscription, or advertising service has been launched. Any later paid product, donation/payment flow, refund arrangement, or advertising feature must be disclosed with specific conditions before it is made available. Avoid relying on an unannounced feature or future release for time-sensitive school obligations.

Site availability and changes

GuroNexa PH aims to keep resources accessible and published files traceable to versioned releases. However, software can contain defects, and websites or third-party download services may experience interruptions. Information and features may be updated. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

GuroNexa PH is independently operated by Ernido B. Colipapa; GuroNexa PH is its public-facing brand, not a representation of corporate registration.
