About this website

GuroNexa PH is an independent educational technology project offering public teaching resources, application descriptions, free software downloads, and a browser-based Quiz Bowl. It is not a Department of Education service. This notice covers visits to guronexaph.com; desktop applications and third-party websites have their own data-handling arrangements.

Information handled while you browse

Browsing the public website does not require creating an account or uploading attendance records, grades, learner names, or school databases. The site uses Cloudflare to deliver pages and help protect against abusive requests. Cloudflare's network and security services may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses, request details, device or browser information, and traffic indicators, to deliver and secure the website. Refer to Cloudflare's privacy policy for the provider's description.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is currently enabled. It reports aggregate page views, visits, referral information, approximate visitor geography, and page performance (including Core Web Vitals). According to Cloudflare, this analytics product does not use analytics cookies, local storage, or individual browser fingerprinting to track visitors. This is separate from Cloudflare's network security processing. See Cloudflare Web Analytics documentation.

Local browser storage

The site's appearance setting may be remembered in your browser. The Quiz Bowl Scoreboard saves team labels, scoring settings, scores, and an uploaded logo locally in your browser when storage is available. These locally stored Quiz Bowl details are not submitted to a shared scoreboard account or central learner database by this feature. You can remove locally saved information using the tool's controls, where available, or your browser's site-data settings. Avoid entering identifiable learner information.

Software downloads and external websites

Published application downloads link to GuroNexa PH release assets hosted on GitHub. Clicking a download or external learning reference transfers you to another provider, whose privacy and security practices may apply. You can review GitHub's privacy statement. Check the version, release notes, and SHA-256 checksum before installing software.

Desktop application data and optional AI

The public website does not ask you to upload SchoolConnect learner databases or the Competency & Assessment workspace. Those applications may create records on your computer, which you should back up and protect. Some workflows provide prompts for optional external AI services or user-configured integrations. Information you independently submit to those services is handled under their own terms and privacy notices; avoid submitting confidential learner data.

Advertising, payments, and communications

The current public website does not operate advertising placements, an online checkout, a visitor account system, or a website contact submission form. Optional support features shown within downloadable applications are separate from website checkout. Any future advertising, subscriptions, forms, or payment processing will require a revised notice and appropriate user information before launch.

Retention and your rights

Browser-local information remains on your device until cleared or replaced. Cloudflare and linked external services apply their own retention and security processes to data they handle. A privacy-request channel is available through the contact email below. Service-specific retention durations still require operator review and are not yet represented as finalized. Where Philippine privacy law applies, individuals may have rights including information, access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, and complaint. GuroNexa PH is independently operated by Ernido B. Colipapa. The public-facing brand and developer identity is GuroNexa PH; this operator identification is provided for privacy and legal transparency.

Do not attach learner databases, passwords, or confidential records. The notice will be updated when the site's practices change; the latest review date will be shown here.
